At Blush & Bloom, we take pride in creating high-quality products and providing excellent customer service. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tested items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:

You received the wrong item.
Your order arrived damaged.
Your order was missing items.
Your order was lost during shipping and confirmed by the carrier.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Opened or used body oils
Opened or used beard oils and beard balms
Bath salts, body scrubs, body butters, and other personal care products that have been opened
Digital products, eBooks, templates, planners, and downloadable content
Gift cards
Clearance or sale items

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of these products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Shipping Issues

Blush & Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
