Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Please note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • During product launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
  • Handmade and made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location.

Occasionally, Blush & Bloom may offer free shipping promotions. These promotions will be clearly stated on our website when available.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Contact us immediately.
  • We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Blush & Bloom is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost after delivery confirmation
  • Stolen from the delivery location
  • Delayed by the shipping carrier
  • Delayed due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first and then contact us for assistance.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Customers will receive access to downloadable files after purchase confirmation.
